A clear agreement for using BizLiv.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information only when needed for the services.

• Information you send through inquiries, such as name, email address, related service name, subject, and message
• Usage data, access logs, device and browser information, crash data, cookies, and similar identifiers
• Purchase status, store identifiers, and limited receipt information needed to restore in-app purchases
• Information you enter or record in an app. Records saved on your device or iCloud are generally not directly viewed by BizLiv.

The services include self-coaching tools, design support, emotion and daily-life records, utility apps, articles, and audio content. We may change, add, suspend, or end service features for improvement or operational reasons.

4. Purchases and Paid Features

Some apps or features may offer paid functionality or in-app purchases through the App Store or similar stores. Purchases, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled under the conditions shown by each store or sales page. Where supported, purchased features may be restored with the same Apple ID or equivalent store account.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

We try to provide accurate and stable services, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, BizLiv is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent permitted by law, the Tokyo District Court will be the exclusive court of first instance for disputes related to the services.
